Shipping & Returns


ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Orders usually ship the day after you placed them but we would still like to mention that it takes 1 to 2 business days to process them before they ship - excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive an email confirmation with the shipping tracking number (if in the UK) when your order ships.

TRACKING NUMBERS

All orders come with tracking and this is automatically emailed across to you once your order has left our warehouse.

SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES

Delivery time is 7-21 Business days from the time your order is placed.

DUTIES AND TAXES

Please note there are no duties or taxes on any of these products due to their low price.

CANCELLATIONS

Occasionally an item sells out and we may need to cancel your order. If for any reason your item is unavailable, we will notify you via email and you will be refunded in full or offered an exchange at a discount.

RETURNS

We have 30 days return policy: Means you need to return any item purchased within 30 days of receiving your order, if it's outside of the 30-day window, then, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging with any tags attached.

Please email support@reebong.com in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of receiving the item. Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs for returning any product. For your own protection, we recommend you use a shipping method that can be tracked and insured. REEBONGDEALS is not responsible for any lost items in transit. Any items returned without an RMA number clearly printed on the outside of the package will be returned to sender.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

* Gift cards

* Downloadable software products

* Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item returned outside our return policy period of within 30 days from the date of delivery.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 3 working days, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. funds will appear on your statement normally 4-5 Working days but time-frame will depend upon your bank)

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

RETURN TO SENDER PACKAGES

We will not be held liable for packages that are returning to sender. Customers are advised to carefully enter the correct shipping addresses when placing an order. Otherwise, the package will not be delivered. If you think you have entered a wrong address, you need to send us and email immediately in order to correct the mistake.

SALE AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale & discounted items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@reebong.com within 48 hours of receiving a damaged product and include the picture or a short video demonstrating product defect. Further instructions will be given through email.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing an order. Please send us an email within 24 hours stating the reason why you wish to cancel your order. We do not accept cancellations for orders placed outside of the 24-hour window. We try to ship the orders out as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, we won’t be able to cancel your order and intercept the shipment.
